Simple joys and happy days

My last post was April 24th and I believe it was a late post as well. Gosh, It's almost a month that I did not write about anything. Contrary to that, there were a lot that happened. It's sad that they weren't documented. But nonetheless, here's the summary of the recent happenings in my life (naks!)

* Spell busy-- M-E!!
I think it's adjustment period for me and my family. I am very thankful because things are going okay now. Through constant prayer, everything will be fine. I am also thankful because my husband is very patient with me. ( I have been extremely moody and impatient for the past days!) Imagine sleepless nights caring for a newborn and a toddler beside me seeking for attention all the time. Gaaaaah. What a busy month it was!

*Merry month of MAY
May is the month where most of Ian's side of the family celebrates their birthdays! It also includes Bboy and Ian in the list by the way. So, that means many birthdays many parties to anticipate and prepare. Plus, it's summertime so everyone is just at home, chilling, and just one phonecall away. (Yup, we love mini get-togethers!)

*Bboy's summer classes ended last May 17th and he will begin Nursery next month. I can't believe it. He is growing up so fast I cannot keep up. Of course I dont want to miss every milestone in his life that's why like every mom would do, I would be a hands-on mon as much as possible. At first, I was actually half-hearted of the thought of going to school at the age of three and one month. He seems so young compared to the rest of the kids. But after sending him to summer class and looking at how excited and how much he kearned from there, I am now fully convinced to send him to nursery school. I believe it just takes a little more effort and attention. Go go go Bboy! We can do this! :) :)

* Nahte celebrated his first month! Yey! I did not see it coming :) It was just a simple celebration. Very intimate. Our little family just ate cake as desert and took photos of it. Simple joy it was. :)

Whew. I felt like a month had passed with just a snap of a finger. Im a little sad at the thought of going back to work by June 27 but happy at the same time because I get to spend happy days with my boys. Oh well, i'll just make the most out of the remaining days at home and ponder on our future plans.

Cheers to happy days, mommies! :)

* Thank you Lord for the gift of family. Amen. *
