2am and i'm still up. I should be working at this time. But hey, i am enjoying my rest day though i got sick for a few hours. I was asleep for almost the whole day. Thanks to my loving nurse on duty, (ian) having someone like you in times like these makes me kilig!yiiie. Anyway, late night thoughts and ramblings.
*I'm so happy blogging now while bboy's beside me, sleeping. I love times like these when he's asleep and i can just hug and kiss him without waking him up. Aaaaaw.:)
*sugar rush-- wanna eat sweets. Yay!
*If I were to change something in my life... I wouldn't actually do it. I love who I am, what I have, who I'm with. I just love life. :)
*56 days to go before Christmas! Getting excited again for the holidays. A bit sad because this would be my second Christmas without my mom,dad and ate, it still feels a little different. But i'm getting through the loneliness sometimes. :) i'm happy with where I am.
* wishlist? Uhmmm.. Still thinking about it.. Maybe a pair of shoes.. Hmmmm..
*wants to start travelling again with my boys..:) don't gave the luxury of time and money yet, gotta save!:)

Highschool friends forever! Missed Apple Rivera! Di bale, there's always next time. :)
It's nice to know that we all have grown up in a different way. But what matters the most is, no walls can put a stop on the friendship we built. Chika marathon for almost 6hours! Beat that! :) Till next tim bezies.:)

Excellence-- is something I have always thought of doing consistently. I have to admit, it's easier said than done. Always, easier said than done. But, if you really wanna do something, from the bottom of your heart, all efforts will be done to make it happen. It's like when you want to ace an exam, you'll do everything to top the class even if it means staying up all night to study. It's as simple as wanting something, dreaming of having it, and finally owning it! It feels great to finally have it if you know you've sacrificed everything just to have it. =)

So, i think this is my come-back post. Haha! Haven't posted anything serious lately. I have been so busy, no, pre occupied with so many things. Work, family life, and thinking of doing next. Yeah, feels like ages since I've updated myself with the blog world. Though, i posted the lyrics of true colors last 29th of May(nearly a month ago). Clearly, no definite ideas have been bugging me for quite a while. Been really busy. Oversight perhaps.
So, first things first, This is my first day of being out-of-the office. Will be away for quite sometime to get things done and fix everything. This will be my time to focus. Hehe. Glad that my request was approved. I am excited to fix everything. I knoooow it's easier said than done. I'm just hoping everything will fall into its proper places soooner than I expect it to happen. Whew.. Fingers crossed for now. :)
Cheers to good life!!:)

You with the sad eyes
Don't be discouraged
Oh, I realize
It's hard to take courage
In a world full of people
You can lose sight of it all
And darkness still inside you
Make you feel so small
But I see your true colors
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colors,
True colors, are beautiful,
Like a rainbow.
Don't be discouraged
Oh, I realize
It's hard to take courage
In a world full of people
You can lose sight of it all
And darkness still inside you
Make you feel so small
But I see your true colors
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colors,
True colors, are beautiful,
Like a rainbow.
Show me a smile then,
Don't be unhappy,
Can't remember when I last saw you laughing
If this world makes you crazy
And you've taken all you can bear
You call me up
Because you know I'll be there
And I see your true colors
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colors,
True colors, are beautiful,
Like a rainbow
Don't be unhappy,
Can't remember when I last saw you laughing
If this world makes you crazy
And you've taken all you can bear
You call me up
Because you know I'll be there
And I see your true colors
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colors,
True colors, are beautiful,
Like a rainbow
Having a lot of FRIENDS is crazy, hell good. But having few REAL FRIENDS is way better than sticking with the untrue. Yeah, people change. People always leave, but the thought of having real ones is a great affirmation that wherever you are, whatever you're doing, those real ones are for keeps! Cheers!!☺

my one year-old bboy♥
I guess I'm the happiest woman now. My baby's growing so fast, learning a lot. Mimicking familiar sounds and words to him. And he's the cutest! He calls his dad "Dedi" and mommy as "oi". Ha! Ian says just be patient, he'll learn to say mommy when he turns five. Whoa! Wag naman! Haha.
The saying "raising kids is also raising parents" is getting into my nerves now. It is really not just about the kid, but about yourself as well. You'll start to learn new things, bring back or go back to basic and will definitely look forward to what tomorrow brings. It is not just about shaping the kid's life, but also molding yourself into a better person, better parent and striving to become role model. And, as a 22-year old mom, I think the best thing that ever happened to me is to be able to grasp the whole meaning of life this early. Nothing to be negative about, it's something to cherish and share to all moms, mom-to-be, and ladies out there. I am just so happy to be able to understand things better now. It's just what having a family is all about. =)

choices ♥
At exactly, 7:30am, I wake up to the sound of ym bboy laughing or shouting. It's been quite a while since he learned how to laugh louder, and wake me up whenever he wants to play with me. BBoy is 8 months old now, and it has been 8months that I am fulfilling my new role in life--wife and mother rolled into one ME. With only me and my husband to take good care of each other and the baby, no house help from anyone(Though, my mom in-law looks after bboy when I'm at work), It is only Ian and I who does the real work at home. I guess, this is the price we got when we asked for independence, freedom. This is what we got when we felt we wanted to be with each other all the time.
So, here goes our daily routine. We never anticipated this, we only thought before that we can do this, we're already grown-ups. But wait, there is still REALLY A LOT OF grown-up thingy that we need to do. It isn't simple, we are both juggling work, family life, social life. While my friends are partying and so busy building their chosen career, here I am building my family; making it sure that I have enough time spent with my baby. So here's a first-time mom, so O.C. about everything that has to do with bboy. There came a time that I don't want other people touching him, I was afraid that he'll get dirty. I was soooo paranoid. I wonly wanted myself to hold bboy, to take care of him, and so on. But, it was difficult. The road I chose to take isn't easy for a 21-year old. (emotionally speaking) There was also a time that I really lost my weight because of sleepless nights, doing all the mommy thingy when bboy was still 2mos old. When I got back to work from maternity leave, things got worse. No helper right? I struggled to keep all things organized. As for me being O.C with everything, It became harder to balance my time with the household chores and my baby. I did not achieve my dream of cooking delicious food for my family. I became impatient and short-tempered. Then, Ian and I talked about what's happening. That's when I told him about what I'm going through, and that we really need a helper because I can't do it alone everyday. Though I take vitamins, I look like i am always sleepless because of eyebags, and pale skin. It affected everything in me.
Despite of all what I'm going through, I still find it a blessing. I always thank God that I am experiencing these right now. And, don't get me wrong, I am happy now with my life, with my bboy and with my husband of course. I think, it's called LIFE CHOICES. The secret is just to be happy and be excited everyday. ♥

happy new year!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!♥ Weeee. It's our first new year celebration. Year 2010 was such a great year for me and for the three of us. A loooooooooooooooot has happened. Anyway, here's our pic celebrating the new year. It was so nice i enjoyed it even if i found it hard to talk and shout..paos eh)I enjoyed it even if we didn't have fireworks. It was nicer though to watch our neighbors had fire works. We had a simple dinner, had couple of drinks, laugh, eat, and eat. Then it was time to sleep. Life is really fun and it's even nicer if you had someone to share the enjoyment you experience. Agree?=)
Happy new year everyone. Cheers to 2011!=)
